What forms of payment do you accept? Do you offer refunds/redos/reschedules?

Detail Drive accepts Cash App, Apple Pay, Cash. We do not do refunds, unless it is asked for before the job is completed. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a redo based on the appropriate situation. We offer rescheduling-we ask that you communicate that beforehand with us.

Do you offer any discounts/loyalty programs?

We offer discounts for students in college/university, military veterans, and first responders. Proof of verfication will be needed for the discounts.

Can I customize my detailing package?

Absolutely. You can add service items to your package with additional charge. Only service items that Detail Drive sells are available for customization.

Do I need to make a appointment to get my car detailed? What happens if there is a weather issue on the day of my detailing?

Yes. Detail Drive only does services by appointment only. If there is a weather issue that impacts greatly on the day of your detailing, Detail Drive offers you the option for a full refund or a reschedule to another day.

How often should I get my car detailed? How long does a car detailing service take?

3-6 months is an ideal time line for getting your car detailed, depending on your car usage and environment. We recommend a quick detailing every month for easy maintenance. "The Clean Drive" by us will be the perfect monthly maintenance for your car. Detail Drive car detailing services can take a minimum hour to 3 hours, depending on what services and customizations included in your package.
